Registered BD to DVD for some reason will not work in version 9. I goto the members screen, see my registration info. what am I suppose to after that. I tried hitting the download button that send my registration info to my documents. I start fab, hit reg. and BD to DVD just never shows up. Can anyone help me please?

When registering version 9 you need to use the same e-mail and password that you used when you created your account in the members area.

When v9 is registered correctly, is there suppose to be a box next to clone/burn that states what i have purchased or is registered?

I'm not sure what box your referring to.
Open Fab click the ? mark drop down, top right, and select license info to see what is purchased and registered.

The boxes with Full Disc, Main Movie, Customize, Split, Merge & Clone/Burn where you select whatever you trying to do.

I seen it there and it disappeared. Not sure why. Just wondering if its my Blu-ray drive. I just got it acouple of months ago. I rarely get a chance to use it.
