Blu-ray error message

I have the latest DVDFAB beta version and have been attempting to use the Bluray to DVD option. The software recognizes the Bluray disc and I get the progress bar indicating "opening Bluray". I then quickly get an error message "To open this Bluray disc, please update DVDFAB software". I have tried this with a couple of different discs and I get the same message. I do like the option to be able to make standard DVD copies of some of my own discs, and hope this can be made to work for me. Thank you in advance for any help.

A live, working internet connection is required to decrypt Blu-rays. Make sure yours is OK. Please post the dvdfab internal logs.

Here is the internal log from the last time I tried this. The program recognizes the Bluray, starts to load it, and then gives me an error message saying, to read this Bluray, please update DVDFAB. I do have a live internet connection.

No live internet connection no Blu-ray work then as the decryption keys for Blu-ray is on the DVDFab server and you need internet connection to get them in order to decrypt Blu-ray

Thank you for your reply. In fact, there was a live internet connection. Is there anything else I need to do to get this working.

Please check "About" window, you need renew your DVDFab licenses.

Thanks for your help. Renewing my registration solved the problem. The ability to backup my Bluray discs to DVD will be wonderful.
