BLu-Ray to DVD? Am I going to have to pay again?

Maybe I'm being paranoid but I've seen DVDFab do this in the past and I'm scared.

With 8.0.4.0 there is now a separate Blu to DVD feature you can buy separately from what I can see and I'm guessing the DVDFab I originally purchased that used to do everything for my lifetime payment and has slowly split off those parts and made me renew and pay even more expensive lifetime payments will now do the same thing with this "new" cough cough feature that I already paid for. Am I wrong?
