I too have the same problem with my Blue-Ray Jurassic World. I made sure everything was set up correctly as far as the red slash showing that Cinavia will be removed, but it was not. Before I even started the process of copying the main movie, the DvdFab software warned me that I can only try one time for free the new CinaviaRemoval HD tool before I buy it. The Cinavia was not removed.

The trial of CinaviaRemoval HD is limited two ways: first, it only lasts for 30 days; second, it is only good for one title. If you have tried it with a different title, it will not allow a second title without a license.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ This seems unrelated to CinaviaRemoval HD, there may be some other issue with decrypting the version of this title that you are using. What country was the disc designed to be sold in?
Never mind, I see that it is a rental which I can't help you with unless you own it. You will have to wait for help from the office staff in Beijing.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ The word rental does not mean a thing because it is my DVD as I said in my previous post. I don't think the issue is so much whether the disc is rental or not. I think the issue is the software can't remove Cinavia as you claimed.

You are incorrect. I have removed it from this title and many others that are on the supported list. Please use the Support->Contact link on the DVDFab website http://www.dvdfab.cn/contact.htm, can't and won't help you here.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................
