I'm not going to get into a debate with you, nor you with me, you may not think you need a lecture on the policies of this forum but you will adhere to those policies this will be your only warning on this.

Even if it's a little thing, do something for those who have need of help, something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.

Setting Up ImgBurn and DVDFab to work together

Tips for Posting DVDFab Logs in the Forum

It does remove it from this title, I have tested it 3 times. Both titles 800 and 801 are supported. The specialists in CinaviaRemoval HD are out of the office for the Chinese holiday, but from your log it looks like DVDFab had trouble connecting to the registration check server and the CinaviaRemoval server, although both eventually worked from what I can see. I am also checking your version of the disc to see if it is supported (should be). Make sure Cinavia Removal is enabled in Common Settings->Blu-ray->CinaviaRemoval HD and check your internet connection, it must be available and stable for this to work.

Do not engage in public debates with the forum staff, this is not tolerated and will result in Suspension or Banning.

I'm a mac user. I just purchased Cinavia today. Running current versions of everything, Mac, Oppo, dvdfab, Cinavia.
Blu-ray copy went well, no messages, ejected the disc, copy complete.
Put it in my Oppo BDP-103 and hit play.
My receiver also showed PCM 7.1 instead of DTS-HD?
Blu-ray played fine untill where Cinavia kicks in then very loud raspy sound over the soundtrack. (volume was doubled! had to run to turn it down) I stopped the movie, started it again, the video showed pixel breakup for 3 seconds, then video and sound returned to normal, then 10 seconds later, back to sound being loud and raspy. Can not hear the soundtrack over the noise being made. Seems Cinaiva is still there instead of silence, it's loud raspy sound.

                  1. PCM 7.1 format in backup is correct.

                  2. Since the video showed pixel breakup for 3 seconds, I guess the burning process is not correct.

                  3. Please post dvdfab_internal.log in Documents\DVDFab\Log, we will check it.

                  Thanks.

Now I see you wish to debate with me! The tech support to which you are entitled is from the Service Team at the office in Beijing, which is currently closed for the Chinese New Year holiday. Even non-owners are entitled to support here in the forum, but you must follow the rules. Supply the information Fengtao requested if you want help.

Here's the log with cinavia encoded.
                        1. it's DTS-HD 7.1 on the receiver.
                        2. It sounded a lot better then PCM 7.1 without cinavia
                        3. Looking at back of both discs, without cinavia had more blank space on disc
                        4. Perfect copy, video and sound

Fangtao, signals, please bear with me, my first attempt at trying to attach the log needed.

signals, thank you for your link. I miss read your instructions.
"Open the log folder, then choose the one you need (internal, burn etc.) and open it with notepad."

In my iMac I clicked on Documents, DVDfab, log, burn_internal.log (Seems I should not have clicked burn.) Plus I copied and pasted it here. Should have made it an attachment. Again, sorry.

                            signals, I found it, dvdfab_interal.log
                            Let me try that.
