Full disc copy defaulting to French

In the last couple versions that I have used (including the new one that I downloaded tonight), when I have done a Full disc copy and chosen the Pathplayer Navigation option to Jump to main title when disc inserted, it makes a French target. I can change the audio to English, but the menus are still in French. I have not changed any other settings.

The default location is:

I've got the same problem.

First it was in spanish, but I uninstalled 8056, and then re-installed 8056. Now it is in FRENCH... WTF...



I made sure my settings were in English, which they were.

This is a pain in the A$$....

Is this happening when playing back the copy in a stand alone dvd player or a software player on the pc? If so check your players settings to make sure English is the default language. Try playing the original in the same player to see if the problem still exists.
If the original disc plays correctly then try not selecting 'Jump to main title when disc inserted' to narrow down if the problem is related to Fab.

Original plays in English, copy plays in French on 3 different DVD players.... All 3 set to English.....

Hi, guys,
1.Please try to open the output file using DVDFab, and select "mainmovie" to see subtitle.
2.Please try to use "mainmovie" to rip these discs and play.
3.Check dvd player about subtile as what W&B said.

I think this problem is the audio stream, not the subpics. Several users are reporting this, I think it must be a re-authoring problem in DVDFab.

Think this is a DVDFab probelm they need to fix quickly.

This must be content-related. I just did Full Disc copies of Twilight: Eclipse and Santa Paws and they played perfectly (English).

That's what I'm thinking Signals, I can't reproduce this and I've tested a few titles also. Maybe if the members could comfirm the problem movies for testing (the wifey wants the title 'Beezus and Ramona' but it'll be a few days before she gets it).

Well she sent me out for pizza and I just picked this title up and I still can't reproduce this, I did a full disc copy and tested on 3 different stand alone players and 2 different software players on my pc. Plays perfectly in english and menus are in english.

I did Salt - Jonah Hex- Shrek Forever After and Land that Time Forgot this morning.

No problems with the audio on any of them.

Don't know what to say then.
I have NEVER had this problem until the last 2 beta' versions and then 8056.
I even took one over to a friends house, and it played in french for them as well.
