Can NOT copy NCIS Season 3 to Season 7 box sets

I have had DVDFab for quite a while now. I recently purchsed NCIS seasons 1-7. My DVD player eats DVD's every now & again, so I wanted to make back-ups. Seasons 1 & 2 copied no problem, but season 3-7 won't copy properly. NOT 1 disk for seasons 3 to season 7 which total 41 disks will copy.

It says it's copying to the temp file on my C drive, but when I open the files, the files created are alomst all under 20 seconds in length. Not one episode of the 4 episodes per disk is in the temp file folder. I can't believe DVDFab hasn't had a fix yet as season 3 was copywrite 2007. I retried the season 2 and it worked perfectly fine. So what's wrong?

I already upgraded to DVDFab 8.0.7.3 DVDFab says it's copying the full disk. It copies the disk and it will write the copied data, HOWEVER it's only copying a few files none of which are the episodes.
I tried changing my pathplayer, which did not solve the problem.

In main movie mode, disk split,and custom mode it only shows and copies the following files. chapter 1 which is :02 seconds, chapter 2 :which is :02 seconds, chapter 3 which is :.02 seconds, chapter 4 which is :02 seconds, chapter 5 which is :03 seconds, chapter 6 which is :.08 seconds, chapter 13 which is 15 seconds, chapter 14 which is 30 seconds, chapter 17 which is 4 minutes 54 seconds (this is a CSI commercial), chapter 18 which is 43 seconds (this is the CBS scrolling logo which plays after the episode completes while watching the original dvd in your dvd player). This is the exact smae results as before I made your sugested change.

Chapters 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15 & 16 are all "missing"while previewing in ALL DVDFab modes. And these missing chapters do NOT copy onto the hard drive or disks. I am not sure which of the missing chapters are the actual episodes. But the original disk has 4 episodes on it. Just like, before I got NO error messages and no episodes are copied. ALL are missing.

The original disks DO play in my different (some of which are cheap and/or older) dvd players which are hooked up to different TV's in my home. I am surprised that DVDFab has not fixed this issue over the past 4 years. This box set is a CBS box set and has been on the market for 4 years now. NCIS Season 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7. I have the same exact problem with ALL 5 seasons. NCIS season 1 & 2 no problem

Post the log files as outlined or let DVDFab analyze the disc and then open the Info page (checkmark in green circle in wondow border) and click on the Send Info files button. The submission form may be hidden behind the DVDFab window, minimize it or move it around to find it.

I posted the requested data with my original post. (I reposted it at the end of this message)
I DO NOT get any error messages. DVDFab says it copied and wrote the data. The problem is, is does NOT copy all the data from the original disks. Example NCIS, which is a television series box set, each disk has 4 episodes on it. After DVDFab performs a disk copy, split copy, etc. It says the process was completed successfully. BUT, I do NOT have a sinlge episode that's copied. after the copy process is completed. I do NOT have a single episode that is written to my hard drive or on the dvd-rom that was used for the copy. See above for the minute data that si actually copied.

NCIS season 3 to season 7 will not copy

I did a new copy today to get the log data for you. I got the same results as prior. No episodes, etc on the disk I copied. The disk I made today is useless, but I hope it helps you to figure out what the problem is.

Many of the files you requested are way too large to attach or copy in this format. So I posted them seperately to get you the data.

We appreciate all the work you are doing to get us the info we need to see what is happening... but please understand we DON"T need to see your entire log file to figure this out...

Please scroll down the log files, and select the ones that apply to the disc(s) in question, and using Copy & Paste, attach just those for us to look at...

You won't run into any oversized problems with just those logs...

Please update to v8.0.7.6 Beta and try one of the problem discs again. Set PathPlayer to Always Enable. Post the internal log and the text from the Info page if it doesn't work. The relevant section of the internal will be at the end of the file, you can edit it with Notepad to post just the section from the 8076 test.
