    Can not play back

    The last couple times that I copied and burned a dvd everything seam to go without a problem but when I placed the dvd in my blue-ray player it said-can not operate this disc???? I was able to burn dvd's in the past before some of the updates. There must be some settings that I need to change. Here is the text from my log file. Thank you.

    Hi camper
    Please install and try to burn with ImgBurn it is "free" and you will find a tutorial here on how to set it up with Fab
    You can also try updating to the newest version of Fab found here

      Also, try some different media, and try +R instead of -R, your player may not like them and your burning drive clearly does not like the blanks you are using. Make sure the drive is clean and free of dust too.

        The OP can not use +R media as their drive does not support them Compatible media types : DVD-R, DVD-RW Seq., DVD-RW RO, CD-R, CD-RW
        There may be a firmware update that may help with the media, they are also using quality media Verbatim -R disc's

          His drive HP 640c is a rebadged BenQ DW1625 and the firmware is compatible between the two numbers.

          Benq DW1625 is compatible with +R media.

              I was thinking he might use Benq firmware and get an automatic upgrade to his drives capability and then use the +R media.
