have lifetime platinum now asking to renew

I don't understand. I purchased a lifetime platinum edition and now when I try to change from dv9 to dv5 I get a box saying that DVD gold is expired and that I have to pay to renew.
This doesn't make sense.
Help please.

You may need to download a new key from the Member area on the DVDFab website. You have to register to use it using the email you used when you made the purchase.

If that does not work, use the Contact Us link on the website (not the one here in the forum).
