    disk was cleaned, never got thru reading process, tried passkey then imageburn see log

    The CRC error indicates a manufacturing error in the DVD. The fact it plays is meaningless, set top players skip over small errors. Try disabling PathPlayer and get VSO inspector, it's free. You can scan the surface of the disk for errors.

      sorry forgot to mention tried disabling pathplayer first thing i do

        Then I'm pretty sure if you scan the disk with VSO inspector or Nero you'll find surface error(s). Is the DVD new, can you get the DVD replaced?
