i have a copy od constantine that i have tried to back up and it keeps getting stuck on the accessing disc part has it something to do with the fact the disc has the interactual player on it? how do you work around this, would like to back it up since its my oldest disc i own.

Do you get any error messages? I never have this problem with discs that have autorun players on them but I have this disabled for all drives in windows. When you say "...the accessing part.." do you mean the step where the blue box shows a progress bar as DVDFab analyzes the disc? If so, post your internal log of one of these failures.
