New Error-"writedvd 10 11 w2"

I am having problems since 6060 has come out. I am getting a message that I have never seen, a writedvd 10 11 w2 error. The burn process stops and the blank (verbatim0 is unused.
My writer is a Plextor PX-B310SA.

I have never seen this either. What kind of window does it appear in? Please attach the DVDFab event, process and burn logs and other info as requested in the sticky.
