DVDFab V 8.0.9.1 Will Not Run

Today I got the new update of DVDFab 8.0.9.1 installed it and started it up but the application will not come up. Look at windows task manager and it shows the process running but no action on the new release on the screen? Are they still working on this issue as I didn't see anything in the history notes.

Try a fresh download/install and check the size using file->properties, the installer should be EXACTLY 18,482,328 bytes. It displays normally for me. Clear your browser's cache before re-downloading.

I selected "Windows98/WindowsMe"

Correctly running? I don't know. But working.

I set the compatibilty to Win98/WinME and everything works now. This is some strange stuff indeed.

Ok I cleared cache and the file size is perfect. I went in and changed the compatibility mode as you suggested and when I click on the DVDFab Icon to run it the DVDFab property box keeps jumping up and program not running?

File size is what you said it was and did a fresh download and cleared cache and still got the same results will not start up/display?

I just downloaded the new version and having the same problem it shows DVDFab.exe in the processes under windows task manager running but the program will not run? The process runs for about 2 minutes and then ends on its own? I can't understand why this is happening?

Support always said "Try V****/beta".
I try V****/beta but result was nothing change, NOTHING!

It start up/display in Windows safe mode.
I gave up and running at compatibility mode.

i am glad to see you all are at least getting that far. i download mine, click to load it and it loads, but then stops at the "finalizing installation". then everything freezes up. i cannot do anything whatsoever. it puts my icon on my desktop, but the installation window never goes away. i am trying to get the new version 8.0.9.2. this is the first time this type of stuff has ever happened to me.
