True Grit Backup problem

I cant backup my True Grit 2010 The disk keeps going back to play on the menu I have the latest dvdfab I am using XP SP3 What did i do wrong
I have had fab for 7 years never a problem

Please choose the thread prefix that shows us which version of DVDFab you have and post the DVDFab internal log and burn log from the backup you made of True Grit. For this movie you need to have v8.0.9.7 or higher.

True Grit copy poor

I am using same media as always yet copy when played freezes and picture quality is poor..I have redone 4 times, same problem..freezes

The answer is in my previous post, you must have v8.0.9.7 or later for True Grit.

If that does not take care of the problem, post the internal log also. Don't make a habit of taking over the threads of other users, please start one of your as the problem may not be exactly the same and helping multiple users in one thread is a recipe for frustration.
