Fab Shuts Down

Installed ok but after opening a DVD folder on my HD Fab closes instantly with no error message. Attached is the internal log but theres not alot to go on. The log does show I have 2D to 3D option but under the about screen it shows to be expired, never tried the trial version yet.

I get the same issue from 8.1.1.5. I have tried Mrs. Doubtfire and Spirited Away. Both start to open for scanning then the program exits with no error message. Going back to 8.1.1.2

Is it applying compression?

I have been having the same problem as W&B when accessing a folder that did not require compression.

In experimenting with it I changed my setting low enough for the software to apply compression and it worked normally.

Change the setting back to no compression and it will crash.
Sounds crazy but that is what happens.

Compression = works.
No compression = instant crash.

Glad it's not just me. My dvd folder requires no compression either. I never tried a disc before reverting back to 8112.

I'm not able to reproduce this problem...

Haven't seen any problems at all with 8115, so far anyway.

Just opened a 4360 MB folder and applied no compression, processed with no problems.
Also just did 4 episodes of 2.5 MEN from a disc, again no compression, no problems.

Last night with 8115 I opened a BD folder on my hdd (Priest) and ran it through BD to DVD ---> compressed it to a standard dvd9, again no problems.

If I open the source folder while in the full disc option it doesn't shut down but as soon as I click main movie or dvd ripper it closes. If I try and open the source folder while in dvd ripper it closes as soon as the scan box opens.
I tried lowering it to 4300mb but it still just shuts down for me. My dvd folder is 4472mb and setting was already at dvd5. (I've tried 2 source disc folders previously ripped with v.8112, Rio and Your Highness, both are full disc copies).

I have done several short movie conversions today (all like 3900MB or so) in DVD Ripper with no problems. I did not try to open the folders in DVD Copy but I will. I will also send the QA Team a link to this thread.

Just tested beta 8116 on a XP SP3 machine with a disc as the source and same thing is happening, Fab just shuts down if I try to select anything other than full disc. I'll test it on my main rig when I return home in a day or so.
