or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

Fast Five Read Errors on Open

Your drive F: seems has problem to read DVD, please use drive E: instead to see the result.

If I also may add your Lite-On drive F has a firmware update, you will find it here
Note If you do not know how to flash your drive do not do it, it will render your drive useless.
Maybe ask a friend if you do not know how.
