The Castle - can't back up

When I try to make a back up copy of The Castle there appear to be two chapters on the disc, 98 & 99. Chapter 98 shows as having a run time of 5 seconds and 99 has run time of 5 minutes. A copy is made but the resulting audio file is empty and the video file is too small to be the movie.

When the disc is played on my DVD player, the main movie is chapter 50 but this isn't detected by DVDfab.

I'm using v.8.0.5.0 running under Windows Vista

The audio folder is always empty. The audio is in the video folder.
Use movie only or customize to manually choose title 50.

    Not chapter--- title.

        Hi alter ego
Put the disc in your computer open Fab choose "Main Movie" make sure title 50 is selected and your all set to continue.
If in doubt about the correct title, put the movie in your DVD player and as the movie is playing take note of what Title# it is, when you open Fab and it analyzes the disc make sure it is the same Title# that was playing as before and chose that number.
You could also try the newest version of Fab found here http://forum.dvdfab.com/showthread.php?t=14782
        Hope this helps

I'm unable to select the correct title number because DVDfab doesn't show it. As I said in the original post, DVDfab shows just two titles (98 &99) but the movie is on title no. 50.
Yes, my version number is 8.0.8.0 -I couldn't find that one in the list of options offered on the Forum so I picked the nearest to it (8.0.8.5)

Here are the log files you asked for

              Hi alter ego
Are you using the paid or free version of Fab?
If paid my reason for asking is your logs show that Fab has expired or that your registration key did not stick.
To check this open Fab click the ? click about what does it say under the options that you purchased?
There should be no reason for Fab not showing the correct title, as stated in my previous post and Gruñón try the latest version.

Been away so unable to reply. I purchased my copy of DVDFab on 25/5/09. I have a copy of the email providing a link to activate the product. I've long since lost any record of the key.

I've updated the version I bought (6.0.1.0) when it was free to upgrade to my current version. I've not bothered with newer releases as the one I've got has always done what I want.

Please update to v8.1.2.8 Qt Beta, let it scan the disc, and post a new internal log file.
