Trouble Reading Lady and Tramp 2 Scamps Adventure

For some reason I cannot get Lady and the Tramp 2: Scamps Adventure to copy. I have tried 2 different discs and both of them just continue to "open DVD Source" it never fully opens so I can hit the copy button. I am using DVDFAB 8.1.2.5 which should be more than sufficient as this disc is not a new release.

PLEASE HELP!

Please try the new release, v8.1.2.6 and post the DVDFab internal log if it does not open.

nope

downloaded 8.1.2.6 but still does not work. I do not know how I am supposed to attach the internal log if it wont even open the disc. I am not getting an error message or anything it just continues to Open DVD Source.. for hours on end.

I should also add, the disc is not dirty, damaged, scratched, etched, or broke in any way.

Even if it fails to open correctly, click to view the info page in Common Settings and click the Send Info files button.

So what do I need to do to get it to work and do I still need click the send info files button or was posting the information I did adequate?

It sounds like a protection removal problem. Sending the info files will let the developers see them and start to look for a solution.
