Error reading disc

    Error reading disc

    I've been trying to back up "The Green Hornet" and I keep getting this error box pop up that says " error while reading! Please chose what to do". You then have the choice of "rety, abort ,ignore or ignore all".

    Here's what I've tried:

    Unistalled DVD Fab 8.1.2.6

    Run CCleaner

    Reinstall 8.1.2.6

    8.1.2.9 is the latest version.

      Okay, updated to current 8.1.2.9 with the same results and error.

        Post your logs for your latest attempt.
        Update your OS.
        Your drive also has a firmware update you will find it here
        Note if you do not know how to flash your drive do not do it, it will render your drive useless.

            What region is this disc? Here is what the log from the US retail version that comes in the BD+DVD+3D combo pack should look like
