error reading disc

I've had this happen a few times before but would like to know how to get around it. Tried the disc a couple of times, and even disabled pathplayer once. What is the error at 3m 44.50s?

This may be related to a PathPlayer bug that is fixed, please download and install v8.1.3.0 beta and try it.

Just tried to dl the file, but when I tried to install I got an error about a missing file.The missing file isqtopengl4.dll Is it possible to copy it from another version that I have on the HD or is it specific to this version?
