The L Word won't copy.

I have been using DVD Fab (version 6) for many months. I have had no problems, until just recently when I tried to copy "The "L" Word " Season 2 ( Season 1 is fine ). The discs from this program have unusual "Root " Menu visuals. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but when I try to copy a disc DVD Fab goes through the usual process, but the whole thing only takes a couple of minutes. The result is that it only copies the Root Menu; none of the four episodes is copied. There are no error messages or anything. The whole process is normal, but it just doeasn't copy anything except the Root Menu.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, for some reason the logs are no longer being saved on my PC.

There is no way to help you without the logs. Use the search function in windows explorer to find the file dvdfab_internal.log. Problems with the DVD Copy functions should be posted in that forum, I will move your thread there. Install the latest version of DVDFab and post a complete internal log of DVDFab after trying to copy this disc.

It is difficult to troubleshoot a problem with such an old version. If you have an expired license for v6, you can renew it for about US$10 or try the current free version of DVDFab. If you must stick with v6, try disabling PathPlayer in Common Settings for this disc.

You are welcome, two caveats: check the copy carefully before you burn it; without PathPlayer, it can have structure protection remnants. Also, be sure to re-enable PathPlayer for other discs.
