Error 102

I believe 102 is a "read error", make sure the disk is clean and free of finger prints. Some time a bad disk comes along and will need to be exchanged. Hope this helps.

tried re-cleaning and it seems to be working. (2nd attempt)
but I tried cleaning the disc before putting the disk in the optical drive.
will check the copy.

I had no issues with version 8138.
