DVDfab, new version, non responsive or wont open disc

I have tried 2 different operating systems and 2 different compters, I did a clean install of windows 7 on my pc in the hopes of getting it to work which it wasnt on xp, thought it was worth a try, still wont work, tried it without the fab decryptor on the LT opened the disc but then became non resposive and frezzes, whats going on? why does it seem that I need to be an IT expert to get the damn thing to work properly, starting to regret the lifetime subscription.

Post the DVDFab internal log, can't help you without it. If it ran long enough to open a disc, there should be a log. If you have other burning software installed, exit or disable it.

Well I just gone done backing up Green Latern on DVD using the new beta and had no issues. I'm on my 4 month old HP laptop with WIN 7 premium home and have no had an issue as of yet. Have you tried other disc's to see if it was a dvdfab issue and not just a particular movie?
