8.1.6.3 wont read J EDGAR, stops at 49 percent everytime. anyone else having this problem?

as soon as im back in town i will. sorry, only info i can give is that it crashes at 49 percent when copying. when doing full disc or main movie, it doesnt matter.

No Issues with this title. 8.1.6.3 cut through like butter.

still no success, tried 2 different discs, and "abort" several times. dont know?

also it hangs when first starts reading, i click abort a couple times and it finds movie finally. but will not finish copy process.

You have read errors, try cleaning the disk even if it looks clean if that doesn't work exchange it for a new one.

yeah tried 2 different discs, guess wasnt meant to be, since i am the only one having the problem. i did get it to copy on my daughters xxxxxxx program this morning though.(no pun intended,dvdfab is still #1!) i even reinstalled 8.1.6.3 the other day and still wouldnt work. thanks for the response

Another option I use when I get "read" errors is to read the disc from another DVD ROM or DVD writer. Sometimes one DVD drive can't handle dirt, scratches, etc., while another DVD drive will have no problems. I'd try this option, if possible with your computer or computers, before exchanging the disc.
