I don't know if anyone else has had trouble making a backup of Hugo, but I am getting read errors when trying to copy the full disc. Also sent in a report from the info in the common settings. Thanks!

Hugo -- No problem for me.

Using 8.1.6.3 on Windows XP SP3 system. Copied fine......

When trying to copy Full Disc, it reports that there is something like 54.175GB and errors out. I did have success making a backup of the main movie, title 48.

Hugo Read Error

I am getting an error trying to read Hugo on the Main Movie blu-ray copy function as well. Tried 3 times and each time it failed at the 67% read mark.

i also had trouble making a back up with 8163. i had to use old faithful 8085 and it worked without a problem.

V8163 (registered version) worked perfectly for me with this disc. You may have the free version of DVDFab or a different version of the disc. I will have what may be a second version of the disc tomorrow and will test it also.

Please try it with Path Player enabled.

Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Path Player click Always Enabled click OK restart Fab and try again.

This issue here is blu ray not dvd

The issue your having is with blu ray and not standard dvd. For standard dvd it works perfectly fine but for blu ray I have to agree. The team needs to work on this.
