BSOD when trying to Burn

I have a Toshiba Satellite P755-S5320 64 bit OS and 6 GB of Ram with a 600 GB Hard Drive running the Trial Version of DVD Fab 8.1.6.3 QT -- anytime I try to use this app, it will rip the DVD to my PC fine, it will eject the drive, but as soon as that happens I get a BSOD showing Driver_IRQL_not_Less_or_Equal. I have had the DVD Drive, as well as the MOBO replaced, and none of those have corrected it.

Does anyone have a solution as to what could correct this?
