I am having the same problem, i have an older version DVDFAB how do I update mine & is it Free? (ive never had problems until now with MI4)

Updates are free, you download and install them over the old version. There are links in the release announcements here in the forum, in the upper part. You may need to download a new registration key if your current DVDFab is very old (it is free also if your license is not expired).
