Tried to load a disc but it will not load

I have 2 Disc's
Transformers & Battle Los Angeles

Both will not load to HD Decrypter 8.1.7.8 Trial Version

Tried to load a Disk but it will not load

The problem is that both of these disc will not load on to DVDFab 8.1.7.8

I have tried 2 Machines and 4 Different Drives

You can play them on both computers and a DVD player

I can load other DVD’s on to DVDFab 8.1.7.8

Is it because I have loaded the free copy???

What other info do you need??

O/s is Windows 7 1 Machine is 32bt and the other is 64bt

I have downloaded the uptodate version,

Both disks try to load in to your software, but they will not!

I can play both disks on both of my computers, also on my DVD player

I have tried Criminal Minds Disks they are fine and load onto your software

Cannot get that far, how can I attach a screen print to this message??

Just to give you an update.

Version 8.1.7.8 will not load disks

OLD Version 8.0.8.5. will load disks!!

SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???

It could be that these are recent releases and you will just have to wait for the FREE version of Fab to recognise them. This could be another 90 days.

Either patience or buy it.

Herewith log still no good will not load, no option for region

8.0.8.5 will work see log and has option for region code

Clean your DVD and then give a try about the latest release 8182. If it failed, post the internal log. What's more, please give a little more time for the openning process.

Calm down. The free version of DVDFab often has delayed decryption updates, since it generates no revenue to cover the costs of development. The delay can be up to 2 months. As you can see from reading the thread, it works for others that have the registered version.
