DVDFab 8 Qt won't launch

Bought the combo DVD Copy and DVD Ripper package last night. Downloaded and installed as directed...but when I got to launch "DVDFab 8 Qt" nothing happens. A quick hourglass and nothing.

I check Windows task manager and DVDFab.exe appears on the Processes tab for a few seconds, but shortly goes away.

Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.

Email DVDFab, but no response in 24 hours so far.

A this point I would just like a refund but they won't answer that email.

Just awful customer service...pitiful.

What is your operating system?
Did you install as administrator?

Try uninstalling again clean the registry with CCleaner found here until nothing is found then reinstall as administrator if you did not before and try again.

They are in Beijing, China a large time difference from most western hemisphere locations. We will help you but need more information. As CBR929 pointed out, it is important to install As Administrator.
