DVD Fab 8038Qt

I'm having problems getting this version to read/recognize these DVD Titles: Dark Tide, The Wicker Tree, Suspicion, A Lonely Place To Die and Darkest Hour. I'm running OS, WinXP,SP3 and my DVD player is a Memorex,DVD+R/RW/DL/16X. This version opened-up Contraband. I've tried the latest version 8178Qt and it doesn't work either. What's the correct version, I should use? Can someone help? Thanks!!

When you have trouble opening discs, always use the latest version and make sure you have PathPlayer set to Always Enable in DVDFab Settings.

Opening Pathfinder for DVD fab

I'm sort of slow with computer knowledge. How do I open pathfinder; When using an up-graded version? Please help!!!

Will Not Read or Open DVD Title

I've uninstalled the oldest version of DVDfab to the latest v8.1.7.8 Qt and have done a complete update to Windows XP Pro SP3 from Microsoft Update. This version will not recognize, read or open titles from IFC Films: Dark Tide, The Wicker Tree, Darkest Hour and Suspicion. The error message is: Video_TS/Video_TS.IFO: unable to open file. I was able to get Contraband copied using this version; but none of the others. Here's the last log file. Please help!!!

If you would post your logs like we asked we may be able to help you better.
Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Path Player click Always Enabled click OK restart Fab and try again.
