Just upgraded, odd problem

Just renewed my subscription and got the latest release. DVDFab has been working on this system for years without an issue. However, after upgrading to the latest version, the blue splash screen that shows that it is reading the DVD in the drive just continues to go about 1/4 way then "flashes" and starts over.

The DVD in the drive is "The Line". The drive see's it ok, and media player can play the dvd. Windows 7, 64bit, plenty of empty drive space.

Help pls...

The latest version is found here

Please clean the disc and try the new version
If still having problems post the new log pertaining to this disc, not the whole log.
Just copy and paste using notepad and upload that file.

Does it do this with all discs or just this one? Looks like a read problem either due to a disc or drive issue (dirty).
