    Merging double sided disk

I'm having problems. I want to merge a double sided disk to one one-side disk. I copied both sides (as if I were going to burn to a disk) to my hard drive. I click on the source button and load the 1st sided folder & it loads, show up on the screen. But when I try to load the 2nd side folder it won't let me. I tried first the source button and also the add button but in either case it kept looking for files instead of loading the folder like the first one did. I can do it with either one, if I load the 2nd one first it will load, but when I try to load the other one it keeps looking for files instead of just loading the folder like the previous one. What am i doing wrong? I tried to follow the directions on the tutorial but it's not working. Should'nt I be able to do it from my hard drive. I do not have to optical drives to do it the other way.
    Any info would be appreciated.

When you select "More/Merge" just drag and drop the folders onto the left column. The first title will disappear but when you click "next" they will both be there and you'll know by the size shown adjacent to the quality box. Quick and easy!

To add the second source in Merge mode, just click the Source folder icon and select it (if it is a VIDEO_TS folder). I just tried it with v8.1.8.7, works fine. Then click Next, check the playback order and chapters and click Start.
