This is a sudden problem. FAB worked fine 4 days ago, but today I tried to copy "Absentia" and it could not find the dvd. I was running 8.7 beta at the time. Tried going back to 8.5 then updated to 8.8 beta , no luck. Using a Toshiba Qosmio, Win 7 Pro 32bit SP1

Hi JHawker
You are receiving a read error, please clean the disc no matter how it looks and try again.

I know this is gonna sound weird as this is a "read" issue, but please change your burner selection, in Common Settings, to the Fab burner. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

I wish I could be of more help, but I can't duplicate what you are seeing with any discs I have. Try changing the DVDFab I/O selection in Settings. If it is Auto, set it for SPTI or ASPI. Also in settings, check under Drives to make sure your main drive is selected and any virtual drives you may have set up are not.
Maybe also try turning off autoplay and checking the upper and lower filters for conflicts with ImgBurn Tools->Filter driver load order.Supplying DVDFab Logs in the Forum ...........................User Manual PDF for DVDFab v11................................ Guide: Using Images in Posts
