I am having the same issue with Hunger Games. I sent the requested IFO files in a separate email.

See the note in the Decryption Updates forum. This disc has new protection and will require an update, it will be out soon, watch for it.

I think they have all the files now, unless there are differing versions of the disc. It would be helpful if everyone would add the Region and country of the disc when posting about new ones.
