As of yesterday, I get this message when I try to rip a DVD. I have the lifetime version from DVDFab Gold of a long time ago. What could be the problem?

The old Gold licenses do this occasionally for some reason. You may have been using a function that is not included in Gold, like Merge. Use this link and select Purchase problem or Registration problem, then explain the problem in the text box.
