DVDFab 9 burning problem

I just downloaded the new version today and I am having a problem copying a dvd movie to a dvd disk and I have two brand new dvd drives.What it does is acts like it is going to burn the blank dvd but nothing and it does not let me know it's copying the dvd at all.can anyone help me on this issue?

Well can you tell me if there is a link that shows me how it's suppose to be setup cause it never did that to me before.I can only tell you that once it tries to burn to the blank disk it just shutsdown and DVDFab 9 dissapears from my screen and my disk drive acts like it's burning the disk but it does not do anything
and I can't even eject it unless I reboot my PC.

How can I do a internal.log for you?

Click on the "?" in the upper right and select Open Log Folder from the dropdown list. You should see the internal log and the burn log, it would be good to have both. You can open them with Notepad, highlight the log sessions that illustrate the problem, copy them, then paste them into a post.

I just updated to 9.0.1.5 and tried to back up "The Dark Knight" DVD (not Bluray) for my archives.....first try said "complete/success" and would not play in PS3 or in DVD player that is a combo VHS to DVD RW dvd unit.

Check for it with windows explorer and see if the VOB/IFO/BUP files exist in the VIDEO_TS folder.

Not sure what you are seeing, but there are some errors in the log. I will ask the QA Team to check it. I don't have the DVD of this title.

This type of confusion is why we prefer for everyone to make their own thread unless the problem is truly identical, which in this case it apparently is not. The message was addressed to solo. The one above it was addressed to you, but it would not hurt for you to check the temp folder also for the correct content.
