I had no problem with the Region 1 version that comes in the BD+DVD combo pack. You may have a different version or region. I was using v9.0.2.2.

Was not able to copy with 8.2.2.6 or 9.0.2.2. In fact I was only able to download the trial version of 9.0.2.2. Normally when I download a newer version of dvd fab it is never a trial. Maybe I did something wrong but that what I always do. Can someone help with these issue?

Your old key will not work for v9, you must create an account at the Member link on the DVDFab website, then use the email and password from that to register v9 using an internet connection.

If you have the paid version of Fab you will need to go to members area found here sign in with the email that you used to purchase Fab and a password of your choice.
When installing Fab 9 you will use the email address and password that you used in the members area to register Fab 9.
