When I try to backup this movie I get unable to detect writable media. Does anyone else get this? Others are working fine.

Unable to detect writeable media, doesn't that mean the blank dvd that he is trying to copy it too, and not the movie disc itself, What brand of media are you trying to use ?Paid Not To Work
