Hi,

Please help us in following steps:

1. Open the disc with PathPlayer enabled.

2. "Save Info Files" for v8, or "Export Source Info" for v9.

3. Zip all files in "<user>\Documents\DVDFab\Log\" for v8, or "<user>\Documents\DVDFab9\Log\" for v9.

4. Send the zip file to fengtao(at)dvdfab.com.

HelenPaul 2812 is in the UK and said that v9.0.3.7 worked. Please update to that or v9.0.3.8 and try it. Post the DVDFab internal log if it does not work.

FYI

v9037 worked for me with a R1. 9036 wouldn't populate the disc's file structure, and v9038 wouldn't start at all. Running Win 7 64 bit.

What if you have version 8.2.2.8? Can you still use the beta version 9.0.3.7?
