Menu not correct after copy . Keeps bouncing back to play . Have to go to scene slect to play . Black screen if just selecting play from menu

I also am having issues with Safe Haven and the backup that is created. Similar to the OP, while the dvd does get copied successfully, at the root menu if you select to Play the movie, instead of playing the actual movie it instead plays from the Extras Menu the Deleted Scenes.

If you go into the Chapter menu and select the first chapter, the movie is then able to play successfully.

Could someone look into this navigation issue occurring with this dvd and see if a fix is possible? I have attached what is created in my log folder when copying this dvd and if there is anything else I can provide, please let me know. Thanks!

yours sounds like a dirty/defective disc. try cleaning the disc and
see if that works. also check if pathplayer is set to always enabled.

Pathplayer set to always. Disc is clean. Still no luck.

Did you change the playback, like "jump to main menu" or "remove annoying pgc"?

Also, please try to open the disc again, then post the pathplayer.log file in Log folder, thanks.

Safe Haven

Hi Everyone,
I have the same problem backing up my copy of Safe Haven, I have the pathplayer enabled, I get the same message about abort , ignore , cancel.
I've cleaned the disc and inspected it for visual defects...all looks fine. I'm attaching the internal log... Hope we can figure out the problem.. Thanks Burner1
