Tried backing up Tom and Jerry's Giant Adventure for granddaughter and all I get is initial screen - using 9.0.6.3 and Full Disk. First time this has happened. Ideas?

Please post the DVDFab internal log session for this disc. You can open the log with Notepad and copy and paste the correct log entry into a new file or into a post.
