What's your steps? Can you describe it? The dvd log can not show detail steps.

I load into 9.0.7.1 and this is what I get.

What is the error? The log looks OK, no errors. Do you get an error message? Fail to finish correctly? Which copy mode are you using?

DVD Copy and when I try to load the file from hard drive to make a DVD copy it comes up with an error file not playable and nothing opens.

Sorry for missing this thread.
Update the latest version 9125. Post error log again. Make sure your file can be played.
Did you open the dvd folder source? Give me a correct log.
