    Current Version Unknown Error

    I have downloaded version 9.0.7.2 and 9.0.7.1 and both give me a pop-up that states; "The current version of DVDFab is unknown, please update to the latest version."

    Any idea on what may be causing this?

    Is it pop-up after you install and restart? Or you double click the package to install?
    Where have you downloaded?

        Your v9 does not appear to be registered. Please click on the "?" in the upper right and select License Info to see if you are registered correctly. An internet connection is required to register.

          It is registered. I'm registered through 2014. I was using version 9.0.6 without issue until I downloaded the update.

            When I try to open it opens the pop-up when it says logging in. It never actually opens the software. It stops and stays where it says logging in........ and then the pop-up appears. There were no issues with version 9.0.6.

              The reason may be that, you use DVDFab Nodec version before, and then install 9071 and 9072 to the same directory.
              Please try to clear the install directory first and then install 9072.
