I have downloaded dvd fab at least 6 times and uninstalled and reinstalled at least 6 times It shows up on my desktop but that is all any help

What happens when you double-click on the icon? Check in Windows task manager and see if it shows the dvdfab.exe app is running. Also, check in the log folder to see if DVDFab wrote a logfile that may have an error code. I am currently running the 9.1.1.9 without any isues that I know of so far after about 30-40 burns/back-ups
