    registration

is it necessary to register every time DVD Fab copy is updated because it is asking me to registernot.every time but a few

No, this is not normal behavior.
Does the reg prompt seem to occur randomly?
What happens if you don't register?...are you really running in trial mode?
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

The server may have been down (it is up and running as I type this). Is your internet connection running?

Try re-registering DVDFab (click on Activate and enter your registered email and password). See capture.
