Error While Reading Beatles Anthology DVD3

Hi!
I was trying to read Beatles Anthology DVD 03 and it always gets me reading error. The disc's surface is clean, no scratches.
I'm using DVDFab 9.0.5.5

Please update to v9.1.2.3 Beta and try it again, your version is obsolete.

Along with advise given by my friend signals, you are receiving read errors, please clean the disc and try again.
You can also disabling Path player in Fab settings, just remember to set it back to always enabled, set it to copy to a folder and check the content before burning to disc.
