Sluggish to open program, Cure?

I notice recently that my licensed copy of DVDFab Copy is sluggish to open after the server check (20 secs). This wasn't a problem before and I un/re installed it with the same problem. which log file do I need to post to you can see the workings? TIA!

Did you use cc cleaner to clean the registry and junk files till you found none before dowloading Fab again? also run as administrator.

There is a longer than previous delay between the splash screen going off and the GUI opening beginning in v9.1.2.2 or 9.1.2.5, I have noticed it also.

Wait for the developers to return from the current national holiday in China. A few weeks. It is slightly annoying but I think we can survive it
