    DVDFab Version Conflict

Upgraded DVDFab 9 to version 9.1.2.5. Worked fine.

Next day, upgraded DVDFab 8 Qt (separate directories) to version 8.2.3.0.
After 8 Qt upgrade, only 8 Qt worked. Version 9.1.2.5 does not work AT ALL.

When I double click the 9.1.2.5 desktop icon, the opening logo appears and the small DVDFab icon appears on the taskbar, but no program on the screen at all. Tried rebooting. No help. Closed the program in Task Manager and rebooted. No help. Tried reinstalling 9.1.2.5. No help.

Finally, I completely uninstalled 9.1.2.5 and installed 9.1.1.1 from an older installation file I had kept.

8 Qt 8.2.3.0 and 9.1.1.1 installations both work fine (although I never open them at the same time).

    9.1.2.5 definitely has a problem.

I uninstalled 9125 and installed 9111 which works fine. I guess that means the internal log is Gone?
If not, tell me how to do it.

The log should still be there. I have two versions of v8 and v9.1.2.6 installed with no problem. What OS do you have? Look in (username\My Documents (or Documents)\DVDFab\Log. There are several files in there, the one we need to see is the internal log, which you can read and edit with Notepad. The exact folder varies some with the version of Windows you are using.

          Hi Condor
Please try DVDFab v9127 beta to see the result.
          9127 link:
If still has this issue, run QT log shortcut under fab install path.

          Then post internal log here.
