Converting PAL to NTSC.

I just ordered a DVD from Amazon.co.uk that is NOT available to us Yankees ;-).
I've seen posts in the past about changing the PAL to NTSC. Can DVDFab do it? or do I need a new app?

DVDFab will not change PAL to NTSC so...

The PAL disc should play on your PC once you have removed the region code and encryption using DVDFab or Passkey (unless you have a Matshita optical drive).
