Why Diff DL Link

Why is there a US DL Link For DVDFab V9.1.5.1 Beta (Win)?
Is There Something Different in it, Lets Say R2 or Has there been more limites put
on US(R1)!

The link is updated, all is as it was for v9150. Downloads from the US will not contain BD decryption. There were some problems at the download server. DVD functions not impacted.
